I am reading my InStyle of the current month (June 08 <-so sure this thread will have posterity, I am-Yodia) and there is the ever present, in summer issues, article, about how they can miraculously re-do you in a new, better and improved not to forget super slim, you so that you can boldy go where no one has gone before unpresentable. That is the beach! Oh you bitches!! LOL.
Okay, so, eat less pasta and bread. Of course makes sense because in the short term you take off major calories and also you remove the bloating (or as the organism calls it necessary water for metabolism.)
Clench your butt as you talk on the phone. True, will cause more muscle to firm there. But if I clench my butt as I am sitting on the chair it will have a. an added, more ehem, effect on me, and b. I will wonder what everyone else will be thinking as I will be going up and down on the chair.
Exercise major problematic areas, or "anything that jiggles" verbatim. No problems here, but I don't have much space in the appt, so I better do push-ups on the bed.
Sit tight! Instead of working on a chair, work on an exercise ball. *Blink* Yes, I swear that was in the article. I am reading this on the way home, in the train, and I start giggling trying to keep it silent. I am picturing this: Here, come in. Please have a seat on my ball.
