Wow, look at all these years gone by. When was it that we played write along in UVDFC, back when it was still on ezboard and moderated by Shelby, and we had the flame wars over the Iraq war? I believe 2001 to 2002. Amazing. Time flies fast, and with it brings a priceless patina over our most cherished memories.

This month, I am celebrating a relationship milestone. The 16th anniversary of our first date. If our love was a kid it would be a teenager now. It feels this way.

Beautiful weather all around me -I am in Philadelphia, PA- I have my windows open and, yesterday, I even put on the airconditioner. The sun is shining and we are in SPRING! We'll have spring talk, if you want to pitch in, at the Weather thread in the Coffee Shop forum.

We have an ongoing write along, kept fresh by one of our best KAG operatives, babytigga. It's a, really, fresh and unexpected scenario and all visitors/members should take a minute to read. Follow the link through here.

I know some of you are having regular personal dramas in your life, or you want to smack silly the idiot working in the next cubicle, so we have a forum to do just that. And yes, I love advertising it...*giggles*. The Bitch and Stitch forum. Remember you have to keep posting so that you can be allowed access.

Speaking of, there is a special forum for individual series/films/actors/entertainment events and trivia. Post your threads for that movie you like/liked or want to see at Movie-Specs. We love reading about films we haven't seen yet, or comment on those that we have. And we bitch sometimes, but that is all the more fun.

Lots of gems in the Bedstand Fiction forum, adult writers writing fantastic fiction, flavored to taste yummy. Reminds me of my passions still left unwritten. *Gasps*

I am glad that you asked. Over the years we have created two definitions:

"KAGville is the home base of the KAG ("Kick-Ass Girls") and the KAD ("Kick-Ass Dudes") . We're a large group of cyber-buddies who have formed a community of role-playing adventurers. We love a good story and write collaborative fanfiction about our adventures which will keep you on the edge of your seat. Want to join in the fun?
Take a virtual tour of the campus, stop in the Coffee Shop and have a steaming mocha java or a martini with a couple of olives. C'mon in and check us out. We won't bite...hard... "

It's a unique general chat and topics forum, mostly inhabited by women, but we like men equally. (No really!) Big part of the posts are idle role-playing, with original characters the KAG, adventurous heroines and heroes, and many crossovers and make believe characters. Most of our action stories are entire novels that we write either solely or collaboratively. Rumor has it that if we had the resources we would have made a movie about us. Don’t believe it? Well come by. Trust me: we are definitely sitcom material!

Lettuce whipping

Once again, Rose is sneaking a look at the board during work. Strolls through the Coffee Shop and opens the KAG cooking thread, surprised to see how many have posted since yesterday. Begins reading...Marian wheels crash cart into Rose's office and calls "Code Blue".

..because it's her favorite color afterall...
